How your contact information is handled

This notice explains how Andy Delgado handles information collected through this MeshCore website.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. You may also provide a call sign, mobile phone number, and message. Those additional fields are optional.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your message and manage your inquiry. If you choose to receive email updates, we also use it to send information specifically about MeshCore and related devices, components, and projects.

Your information stays private

We do not sell your contact information or share it with other organizations for their own marketing. Service providers used to operate the website, manage contacts, and deliver email may process information as needed to provide those services.

Email updates are your choice

The email-update checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. You can contact Andy without subscribing. Providing a mobile phone number does not sign you up for text messages. Optional MeshCore updates include new video announcements and project news.

If you already receive updates, leaving that checkbox unchecked on a later inquiry will not unsubscribe you. To stop updates, use the unsubscribe link in an update email or request removal through our contact form.

Privacy questions and requests

Use our contact form to ask a privacy question, request a correction to your information, ask for deletion, or stop receiving updates.

Browser storage and other data collection

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser using local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent anywhere. It is not a cookie.

When you arrive through a tagged link, we temporarily remember campaign details in your browser tab. If you submit the contact form, those details are sent with your inquiry so we can understand which links bring visitors to the site.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers. When you submit the contact form, the form sends your entries to the contact and email service Andy uses to manage inquiries and optional updates. That service may receive technical details such as the page address and browser type needed to process the submission. The hosting platform that serves the website may also keep standard server logs as part of normal operation.

The presentation thumbnail is served from our image host. Clicking the presentation link opens YouTube in a new tab, where YouTube's privacy practices apply.
